There are recipes for a variety of meat, venison, poultry and seafood dishes, as well as appetising side dishes, mouth-watering puddings, crusty bread and vegetarian fare. Many recipes have been judged "winners" in various potjiekos competitions whilst others are the author's personal favourites.
